Born January 4, 1958, to Yousef Salameh Ireifej and Farideh Shehadeh in Ermameen, Jordan. Ayed grew up in Ajloun, (Nature Preserve) Jordan where he attended the Catholic School until grade six. Ayed and family have rooted catholic values for many years where his father, sister, and two brothers have been teachers in the Catholic school system. Ayed moved to the USA in 1975 after completing his 11th grade at Ajloun Public School. Ayed has a master’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College (Catholic College) New York. While living in Yonkers Ayed and family were active members of the Yonkers Good Shephard Church (Arabic). Ayed pursued his engineering career in design & construction and mainly in Project Management of large projects in the private and public sectors. In 1999 Ayed and his family moved to Southern California. Joined St Joseph AACC Parish in the same year. in 2006 Ayed left the Private Sector to pursue his entrepreneurial passion for food and service. and currently owns and operates several retail establishments in Southern California.
Ayed enjoys family gathering, cooking, photography, and contributing to big causes and organizations.
Ayed is married to Summer Anabi and both have three children; Justin, Branden, and Lauren.
